Katie-I have been following your blog for a bit now (and have gone back through the older posts) and I have to say that I am really taken with your collage process and the results. It motivated me to try it (in my own style of course!) and what a fun way to work! Thank you for being so generous with your information on how you put the pieces together. It helped a lot:)

Hi Katie, I love the shimmer of beautiful color you include in your work! The collage work you do is really striking too.

The forest is great -love the soft color pallet & repetitious use of form/line. Also really enjoy your collage work -what types of elements do you typically use (fabric, paper, wallpaper, etc...)?

Aubrey, for the collage I typically use any old paper. I have some old used wallpaper I've had for awhile. I also love to use my old watercolor or pastel paintings I have kicking around.
